ProfileLink.me provides tools that allow users to create, manage, and share structured profile prompts intended for use by people and third-party AI tools.

By accessing or using ProfileLink.me, including any paid features, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What the Service Provides

ProfileLink.me provides:

• Access to structured profile content (“prompts”) created by users
• Tools to copy or transfer those prompts to third-party AI services
• Public and private profile sharing functionality

ProfileLink.me does not provide:

• AI-generated advice, analysis, or conclusions
• Guarantees about how AI tools will interpret or respond to prompts
• Verification, endorsement, or validation of profile content

Use of Third-Party AI Tools

ProfileLink.me may link to or open third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity).

You understand and agree that:

• These tools are operated by third parties
• ProfileLink.me does not control their behavior, outputs, or data practices
• Any use of third-party AI tools is governed by their own terms and policies

ProfileLink.me is not responsible for any output, decisions, or actions taken based on responses from AI tools.

Clipboard Functionality

As part of normal operation, profile prompt content may be copied to your device’s clipboard to enable use with AI tools.

Clipboard access occurs locally on your device. ProfileLink.me does not receive or store clipboard contents.

Paid Plans and Billing

Certain features require payment.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:

• Fees are charged as described at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProfileLink.me to:

• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others
• Share unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

No Warranties

ProfileLink.me is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of profile content
• Outcomes from using AI tools
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileLink.me shall not be liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs
• Losses resulting from reliance on profile content
• Issues arising from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ProfileLink.me in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ProfileLink.me is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
